Rockwills Will Writing Services
Rockwills Will Writing is a will-writing service provider that offers drafting of wills to its clients to cater to their estate distribution needs. Our Certified Rockwills Estate Planner will guide you on this Will writing process that covers all your bases. We’ll make sure it’s legally binding. You can specify your needs as the testator (the person writing the Will). The Certified Rockwills Estate Planner shall include it as part of the number of clauses in your Will.
Our prices are based on the number of clauses in your Will, so you can be sure you’re getting the best possible value. Prices start from the following.
- RM480 for a Basic Will Package with up to 9 clauses
- RM1,900 for an Exclusive Will Package with up to 30 clauses
- For more than 30 clauses, it would start from RM2,200 and up based on individual needs.
Rockwills Will Rewriting Services
There might be a situation where you may need to rewrite your Will. This rewriting would be treated as a new Will, and you would be charged accordingly. With this, Rockwills Will Rewriting Services enables you to rewrite your Will with additional discounts for those who use Rockwills Will Custody Services.
- For 30 clauses and below, you are entitled to a 20% discount on the Will Writing Fee.
- For more than 30 clauses, you are entitled to a 50% discount on the Will Writing Fee.
- For five clauses and below, you are entitled to a promotional fee of RM480. A further 20% discount is given if your Will is kept with Rockwills Will Custody Services.
Rockwills Will Custody Services
Rockwills Will Custody Services offers safe and secure storage for your Will. Only physical Will is valid in Malaysia, and digital copies are not accepted. Hence the physical Will must be kept in good order.
Rockwills ensures that your Will document is kept in an environment-controlled, secure and confidential location, away from possible damage or misplacement. Rockwills provides an option for annual and lifetime custody of your Will. However, the latter option is preferred by most customers as it offers better savings.
The Rockwills Will Custody Services Fees are as follows:
- RM130 Annually, payable from the 2nd year onwards
- RM1,188 for Lifetime Will Custody Service
- RM1,688 for Lifetime Plus Will Custody Service

- Subsidy on the legal fee for applying Grant of Probate up to RM6,000 when Rockwills Trustee Berhad acts as Executor

- FREE RM40,000 Rockwills Accidental Death Benefit up to age 75
Rockwills Executor Appointment
The Rockwills Executor Appointment service makes it easy to appoint an executor for your Will. With this service, you can choose someone you trust to fulfil your final wishes and care for your affairs after you’re gone.
To appoint Rockwills as an Executor, the following are the fees:
- RM120 for the 1st time appointment
- FREE when reappointing
- FREE with Prepaid Gold or Prepaid Silver Plans
Rockwills Annual Estate Administration
When administering an estate, you want to ensure everything is handled correctly and on time. With Rockwills Annual Estate Administration offered by Rockwills Trustee Berhad, you can be assured that experienced and trusted professionals will administer your estate.
The fees for Rockwills Annual Estate Administration are as follows, based on the Gross Estate Value*:
- For the first RM 1,000,000 – 1.5% subject to a minimum of RM5,000
- For the next RM 9,000,000 – 0.9%
- For the next RM 20,000,000 – 0.5%
- Amount in excess of RM 30,000,000 – 0.25%
*Gross Estate Value includes both movable and immovable assets. It is the total value of a person’s assets before deducting liabilities (such as debts and taxes)
